Forget the keto. It's just the Atkins diet retooled by people looking to make money, and with a lot of dangerous pseudoscience thrown in.

Okay Keto shills- I've given you a chance to make more money!

Didn't you post something like this a few days ago?

Rachel has loyal friends, I'll say that for her.

Sure. Give her a show. I would not watch it, however.

The "Keto" diet, really just an Atkins rip-off, does not rewire anything. You keep it up and you will lose weight, sure. But studies show that the vast majority of people quit their diets within five years.

Interval eating programs succeed because they address the hunger impulses in people- impulses that are driven by emotions and NOT the need for energy. In the water-fast periods, the brain gets used to an empty stomach and a low-normal glucose level. And the stomach and GI system shrink down, not having to process food all the time.

Strongly suggest Dr. Hagan's "Breakfast" book which includes a pilot study of a 14/10 approach, and the physiology of food digestion with some historical perspectives.

Interval eating is a "way" of eating that rewires the brain and ensures long-term weight loss if followed.

Keto is just like Atkins or calorie counting or Jenny Craig or intense exercise. When you stop- and all studies show that the vast majority of people DO stop them- the weight will be regained.

The Keto people are currently trying to create a wave they can make money off of. I am suspicious of anyone who had a success post with IF and Keto thrown in together in the headline.

Keto promoters worship the state of ketosis, which is wrong and can be deadly.

This is clearly over YOUR head.

I remember living in Austin in the 80's.

They were having 100 year floods every 3-4 years.

Good for you. Interval eating works with or without keto.

Keto is just the Atkins diet wrapped up in a pseudoscientific philosophy.

All this Heather stuff is getting silly.

You know she went to the public school system in Hawaii, right?

Whites are in the minority there.

I might feel the same way but she refuses to learn how to tie a bowline- a standard industry knot.

WTF is up with that? Just tie the damn knot and get on with it.

Don't spend a lot of time on the carburetor.

If it doesn't start with a couple pulls with fresh gas and start-up spray down the barrel, replace it.

Good.

For mine (mid-century) the vertical panel insert wooden supports had become loose on the lower section. I screwed in several flat metal strips to take up the slack and square things up. It worked like new.

I have a real problem with these new "lean" versions of Office. And they always try to steer you to the web.

For your problem, you might want to use Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop and convert your images to PDF and then insert them in your document. Worth a try.

If Walz gives every Minnesotan $300, they should go to Minneapolis and spend it despite the dangers.
