I occasionally have a hard time breathing especially if it gets really hot all of a sudden but the best way that helps me is to drink a lot of water

Usually it's when the temp turns colder for me cuz my ducts closes

Exposure can help that, when our bodies arn’t acclimated to temperature changes it can have a huge effect on us.

Back when I worked manual labor outside, the cold weather would really mess me up for about 2-weeks until I got “used” to it.

Yea I know it'd help but the temp rarely changes here, so it's kinda hard for me to get exposure
